About us
Hello, my name is Risheem, and I am a Certified Life and Relationship Coach. My purpose is to walk alongside individuals and couples who are dealing with personal or relationship trauma. As someone who has dealt with childhood trauma, I understand the impact it can have on your adult life. Through years of intense counseling and coaching, I have learned how to overcome my own struggles and how to help others do the same.
I have the training and experience to help you navigate through the challenges of life. I am committed to working with you to identify your goals and develop a plan to achieve them. Whether you are dealing with personal or relationship trauma, I am here to help you move forward and live your best life.
My name is Julienne, but you can call me Jewels. I am a Certified Life and Relationship Coach, trained Behavioral Specialist and Mentor with a BA in Psychology and Sociology. My purpose in life is to help people who are struggling with all levels or forms of stress to achieve their desires and goals one step at a time.
My own journey to healing began after experiencing emotional, sexual and spiritual abuse. Through crisis counseling and coaching, I learned that I was suffering from PTSD and Betrayal Trauma and adapted ways to overcome these challenges.
Both of us are available to walk alongside couples together as well as being your ally individually. We have first-hand knowledge of this journey and we are grateful to be able to help you on yours. We believe that everyone deserves to live a happy and fulfilling life, free from the weight of past trauma.
When we’re not coaching, we love to travel, hike, and engage in outdoor activities that encourage spending time with family and friends.
